We know it is strange receiving a call from a company saying you are entitled to money that you have no knowledge of, but that is the wonderful part of our business! Each day we have the opportunity to call future clients and let them know the amazing news that they are owed money that is sitting in a bank account and we can go after that money on their behalf! We do not request any sort of payment from our clients upfront. We are a 100% legit business who operates with pure honesty and integrity; that is the only way we know how conduct business.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE I'M OWED MONEY AFTER A FORECLOSURE?
It is very common that people are owed money after a foreclosure.
Here's an example: Sally Sue had a foreclosure on a property because she didn't pay the taxes on the property over a year ago. The taxes for the property were $5,327. The property was sold at the foreclosure for $150,000. Since Sally Sue's property sold for much more than the taxes that she owed, she is entitled to the difference minus any liens that on the property.
HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
After we have received all the signed agreements and documentation from the client we will begin collecting the documentation that we need to ensure the claim is accepted, then we submit the claim. In most cases we complete all of our due diligence within a couple days. The true time frame depends on which government agency is holding the funds and how soon they will evaluate the claim. The claim could be accepted within two weeks or sometimes months.
IS THIS A SCAM?
We understand it is very strange receiving a call from someone saying you are owed money that you never heard of, but that is the exciting part of our business. Each day we have the opportunity to help individuals file claims in order to receive money that they are owed.
We will never ask you for absolutely ANY payment, credit card information or anything like that!
IS THIS LEGAL?
We understand our services seem "too good to be true" but our business is 100% legal. The truth is there are millions of dollars in unclaimed money sitting in accounts with peoples names on it. The problem is most people do not know the money is there or how to claim the money.
There are millions of properties that are foreclosed on each year which sell for a higher amount than the amount to settle the delinquency or missed payments. When this happens, the surplus amount is due to the previous owner of the property.
In order to claim the funds, in most cases documentation is required and the majority of our clients can not afford an attorney; that is why our company steps in. We are experts in this field and love helping our clients. We legally operate in all 50 states.
WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO?
All Square One & Company does is help people, their heirs, or companies receive funds they are entitled to nationwide.
We routinely audit government agencies where we receive lists of thousands of individuals, their heirs or companies that are owed money after a foreclosure each month. We then locate those individuals and assist them in filing claims to help them receive the funds they are entitled to. We work directly with the county, state and government agencies on our clients behalf.
We also assist clients with selling their properties. Easy process, no closing cost, no commissions, no repairs necessary. Click the Tab titled "We Buy Houses" for more information.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOUR COMPANY?
Our company puts the clients first, we are in business to help people. Unlike many attorneys, we do not require any payment up front. Not only that, we are experts in this field and know exactly how to ensure each claim is submitted correctly the first time with all the required documentation. This is very important in our industry because some funds have an expiration date or final date to file and claim the funds. We also ensure our clients receive the maximum amount of funds they are entitled to as quickly as possible.
WHY DIDN'T THE FORECLOSURE COMPANY NOTIFY ME OF THE FUNDS?
Legally the company that held the foreclosure is supposed to notify each claimant at least one time. Many business entities send out notices to people after a foreclosure to tell them about unclaimed money they are owed. The problem is the entity probably used the most recent address they have on file which in most cases is the address that was foreclosed on after the previous owner left the property.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FUNDS GO UNCLAIMED?
Each state and county has their own policies and rules. Some counties hold the funds for 2-3 years then transfer the funds to the state. Some counties will forfeit the funds after the time period expires and keep the funds for their budget. Once that happens, you can no longer claim the funds.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US
"How can I begin to describe my experience with Square One & Company... It was simply life-changing, that's the only way I know how to explain it! I never imagined that I would have lost a property to foreclosure; I was heart broken when I received the notice in the mail. Thanks to this company, I was able to allow them to do all the paperwork, and within a few weeks I received a check with my name on it from an overage on my previous mortgage that I had ABSOLUTELY no idea about. I do not know if I ever would have been able to collect the funds without being notified by Square One Agent. And most importantly, I was never asked to pay a penny! I am truly grateful!"
